Certain information is mandatory in order to use our service, as it is the foundation of our service in connecting the Press with Sources.  If you do not wish to provide this information to us, then you will be unable to utilise our service.

In order to register with us as a Source we require you to provide mandatory information contained in the Sources form (https://www.helpthepress.com/for-sources). Any further information that you provide is up to you. We communicate with Sources by way of email in order to alert you to a press query that may interest you. This is the way in which we provide our service, so while you can unsubscribe at any time, it will mean that you are no longer registered as a Source with us.

In order to register with us as a Press we require you to provide mandatory information contained in the Press form (https://www.helpthepress.com/for-press). Any further information that you provide is up to you. We do not disclose any information to Sources other than the details provided by you in the Press form.

General

We may at times use your email address in order to keep you updated with information about our services and where we do so, you will be able to opt out of receiving those emails at any time. We do not provide any personal information to third parties other than where required by law or as set out in this Privacy Statement.

We may employ other companies or individuals to assist us in providing our services including to process payments.  We may also engage the services of third parties to assist us with our business providing marketing assistance or consulting services.
