Our goal is to make the connection between the press and their sources friction free. 

No accounts. No fees.

As a free community resource for the press and their sources, we will not have the time to adjudicate disputes between sources and the press.

So the rule is simple: A source should only reply a reporter if it is sure it can help with the enquiry. If a reporter labels a source's reply as spam, it will be barred from this service immediately. 

Likewise, if a source encounters a “reporter” operating under a false premise (e.g. payment is required to be included in a story), that press member will be removed from the service.
